The proto sample is the first physical realization of your design. It is made from available fabrics and trims (not necessarily final) and helps check:

A fit sample is based on approved or updated patterns and focuses primarily on garment fitting on models or dummies. This is where precise adjustments are made.
Grading check across sizes
Stretch and recovery in yoga poses
Seam placement, waistband comfort, length, armhole, etc.
📌 Ideal for: Movement testing, fitting feedback, body-sculpting assessment.
For brands working with retailers, wholesalers, or distributors, salesman samples are required for:

These samples use final approved fabrics, trims, and labels, and are made in correct color and size sets.

The final check before mass production. A PPS is made using:

We begin with your tech pack, sketch, or reference garment. This includes:
Flat sketch / inspiration photo
Size chart

Print/logo placement
If you don’t have a tech pack, our in-house designers can help build one with you.
Our CAD pattern makers develop the base pattern and size grading as needed, taking yoga-specific motion and compression into account.
We either use in-stock development fabrics or source suggested materials (recycled, organic, seamless yarns, etc.). You can also select from our internal fabric library.
Your sample is made by our dedicated development team, not on the mass production line. We ensure:
